Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Performance-based pricing applies only to agreed partnership terms

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original content. GetViralyst retains rights to our proprietary methods, tools, and processes. Created clips and edited content are provided for your use according to the agreed service terms.

Limitation of Liability

GetViralyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
